Breaking news: you can now buy our boxes in store!

One of my main aims for 2020 was to get our boxes out there to more parents, carers and potential sensory box users and one of the ways I wanted to do that was to team up with local businesses and get our boxes into their stores. I'm absolutely delighted that before January has even ended (what a long month it's been though!) our boxes are now available to buy at one of my favourite cafes in my hometown.

After lots of discussions with various possible retailers, I chose The Blossom Tree in Keyworth as the first place for my boxes to be stocked. I love taking Joey to the cafe, it's a fantastic environment for new mums and families and the owner, mum of two, Sharon, really welcomes everyone with open arms!

Sharon set up the cafe in September 2019, and has radically transformed the former office block. Downstairs is a very relaxed cafe-come-play-area, and there is a studio upstairs that is perfect for mum and baby classes, workshops and parties. Having been to a couple of classes there, and having had a fair few cups of tea in the cafe, I can't recommend the venue enough!

If you're a Nottingham resident, or are nearby, and you haven't visited yet, add it to your list of places to visit ASAP. They also have lovely cakes on their counter that you can share (or not) with your little one - what more of an excuse do you need!

The Blossom Tree owner Sharon says, “I am so pleased to be able to support other local businesses and build

relationships with more mums in business. I am so passionate about shopping local and

these sensory boxes are perfect for the families that visit our cafe. Our family run cafe has

only been open for 4 months and I feel privileged that The Sensory Box Company have

chosen our cafe as a stockist.”

Our Premium Sensory Boxes are available to buy in store for only £16 and they come with the usual 9 items and handy how-to guide.

Keep a look out for more announcements soon of stores our boxes will be stocked in, perhaps we'll be coming to a store near you... The next few months are set to be busy for us as we gear up towards World Autism Awareness Week 2020, and we look at launching a 'naturals' box, so there's plenty to keep us busy before Baby Roden #2 arrives in April!
