Our festive special is back for 2024 and it's packed with brand new items for your little one to explore. There's a few twists on items that we've explored before too!

The Christmas Sensory Box 2024 includes:
 
1 x gold and silver foil blanket 
Easily one of the most effective sensory toys for babies, foil blankets pretty much feature in every festive box we do. And with good reason! Foil blankets are often the first sensory toy many babies experience and they become transfixed. The reflections of light, and the crinkly noises are really fun for both you and your little one. Try putting your little one on top of the foil blanket, they will likely kick around and swing their arms around, listening to the crinkly noises around them as they do so. It's always a great activity for videos and helps them develop awareness of their bodies!
 
1 pair of wrist rattles
They may seem quite big for little ones to start with, but they offer plenty of opportunity for sensory development - from boosting concentration to improving eye muscles as babies watch the rattles move from side to side on their wrists, or yours! These are great to involve older siblings with, or for parents and carers to use to interact with baby.
 
1 x cinnamon stick & orange slice
What's that? We have something for your little one to smell again this year? Yes! Possibly one of the most recognisable smells of Christmas, we've introduced a cinnamon stick and dried orange slice (in a little bag) for your little one to sniff and explore as they take in all the other toys in their box too.
 
1 x star bead squishy toy
A brand new one this year that my testers have absolutely loved, the star bead squishy toy is great to practice those fine motor skills that will help your little one write in the future. You can either let your little one explore the star by squishing it themselves, or show them how it's done with some festive music in the background! It's really good for children who may need some help with emotional regulation too as it's super calming to squeeze. 
 
1 x handheld mirror
We all know that babies and kids love looking at themselves in mirrors, and others! These handheld mirrors are great as they are incredibly light and easy to manouevre for them. They are also useful for tummy time - we enjoy putting baby on their tummy and leaning over them with the mirror so they can see you hovering over them! 
 
1 x ribbon wand
A spin on our usual handmade ribbon rings, these are super fun for bigger kids (or grown ups!). If using with a baby, simply place baby on the floor and pop on some music. They'll enjoy watching you dance around them whilst moving the ribbon wand to the sound of the music. Bigger kids will love holding the ribbon wand and trying dancing with it too! 
 
 
1 x flashing ball bauble
We LOVE a flashing spiky ball, and this year these ones come with a twist - with a little handle to use! You can use the handle to hang them on the christmas tree, or use it to bounce the ball up and down in the air whilst it's flashing. These are helpful to encourage eye tracking - move it from side to side or let it bounce up and down so your little one can watch. They'll love to try and reach out to touch it too! 
 
1 x gradient sensory scarf
Another spin on one of our classics! The change in colour of these scarves will encourage your little one to use their problem solving skills ("What's happening!?") and encourage them to move the scarf about whilst boosting their concentration. You can also play the classic 'peekaboo' with these scarves, encouraging your baby to hide themselves, or you! The bright colours will help strengthen eye muscles too, win-win!
